Please read these terms and conditions carefully before engaging services provided by ABHIRUP CONSULTANTS.
1. Service Engagement
All training programs, safety inspections, compliance audits, manpower deployment, and technical consulting provided by ABHIRUP CONSULTANTS are subject to formal quotation, written scopes of work, and service level agreements agreed upon with the client.
2. Professional Standards & Compliance
Our certified trainers, auditors, and technical inspectors adhere strictly to national statutory standards (including Indian Factories Act, Central Electricity Authority Regulations, Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation guidelines) and international safety frameworks (such as ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHA / IOSH guidelines).
3. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
All audit reports, assessment findings, facility schematics, and client proprietary data reviewed during assignments remain strictly confidential. Training materials, course modules, assessment rubrics, and digital assets developed by ABHIRUP CONSULTANTS remain our intellectual property.
4. Quotations & Payment Terms
Quotations provided through our web portal or technical desk are valid for 30 calendar days unless specified otherwise. Payment schedules, mobilization advances, and milestone disbursements are governed by the respective purchase order or service contract.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any engagements arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
